MERIT is a non-profit making organisation which is owned and managed by its members. The Board of Directors provides the strategic direction for MERIT and these individuals are appointed from and by the membership.

The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for translating the strategic plans in operational procedures and activity, ensuring services are delivered which meet the needs of MERIT’s members.
